After cleansing, apply sheet mask to the entire face. Use separate sheet for the neck and squeeze out any serum that is left in the sachet onto the mask. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.

Recommend that the mask be applied at home 2-3 times a week for next 2 weeks to support skin barrier regeneration.
